Q. How can I pay?
A: We accept most forms of payment. Online order payment is by credit or debit card. Payments are submitted via sagepay card processing or paypal. If you would prefer to place your order over the phone please call ( number to be added )with product and card details.
We also accept payments via cheque or bank transfer. Cheque orders are processed once a cheque is cleared. Before sending a cheque please email email@example.com
Q: Are my credit/debit card details secure?
A: All orders are processed within a safe and secure environment. When you place an order you will see a locked padlock which shows that our website has a verified SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate which is valid and that the data between your computer and our website has been encrypted. We have never had a security issue. Once payment is collected an email is sent confirming your order.
Q: What happens once my order is placed?
A: The following processes take place:
Your payment is processed. If there is a payment problem we will try to help, for example, a problem with credit card address verification when moving house.
An email is sent to confirm your order. Please check and if there are any incorrect details then please contact us immediately.
Every item on the website has an Anticipated Delivery Time. If we subsequently find that we cannot achieve the Anticipated Delivery Time, we will email you to advise when the item is due back in stock. We aim to deliver multiple items in one delivery.
You will then be contacted by our delivery company to arrange delivery. Our delivery company will normally deliver to mainland UK within 5 - 7 days. Please refer to our Delivery page for full details.
Q: Do you have a Showroom?
A; No, our website is our only showroom. By shopping online with us you will avoid hours of driving around from one showroom to another. Our 7 day money back guarantee allows you to view our furniture in your home - where you really want to see it!
Q: Do you stock a particular product that is not listed on your website?
A: We have access to over 4000 products from our reputable suppliers. Please email us to enquire if there are products that you are interested which are not on our website.
Q: We have found the same product cheaper on another website.
A: We believe that our prices are already low and regularly monitor them. If you find exactly the same product cheaper on another website then please email us with details.
Q: Where do you deliver and how much is delivery?
A: We deliver to any address within UK Mainland via our normal courier. UK Mainland delivery is FREE for orders over £300* and just £8.50 for orders under £100 and £20 for orders below £300 and above £100
* £30 surcharge for the following postcodes: AB, IV, PH, KW, PA, PO (non-mainland) and BT.
Unlike many furniture retail companies we deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands. We have tried and trusted carriers for which an additional shipping charge is chargeable. For a quote please email ( text to be added )

Q: When will my goods be delivered?
A: Please refer to the individual Anticipated Delivery Time for each item in your order. We endeavour to deliver multiple items in one delivery.
If after placing an order a product is available before the anticipated delivery date, we may contact you earlier than anticipated to arrange delivery. When items are ready for despatch you will receive an email advising you that our carriers will contact you by phone to arrange delivery. If there are unforeseen delays we will contact you.

Q. What if I am not happy with the furniture when it arrives?
A. We offer a 7 day no-quibble money back guarantee should you wish to return furniture that is not suitable. Please read our Terms for return costs and for further details.
Q: How long will it take to receive my refund?
A: Goods are refunded within 30 days.
Q. What if my furniture delivery is incorrect or damaged?
A: We deliver furniture all over the UK and use specialist carriers who we trust to take care of furniture deliveries. If however incorrect or damaged goods are delivered, or you find a defect please email us within 7 days of delivery and we will do all we can to rectify this.
